Obituary of Joseph A. McKenna

Joseph A. McKenna, age 85, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Parkside, PA, and South Philadelphia, PA, died Friday, January 13, 2017. Joe retired from Wells Fargo, and was previously employed with Sears and Acme. Joe loved Disney World and was proud of his 22 visits. Joe is predeceased by 3 brothers. Survivors: Wife of 61 years: May McKenna Son: Bill McKenna Daughter: Lorie McKenna 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren Special Pop-Pop to Holly and Colleen Also survived by nieces and nephews Funeral Service: Saturday, January 21st at 10:30AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063. Visitation: Saturday, January 21st after 9:30AM at the funeral home. Interment: Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Rd.
