Obituary of Jane D. Boyce

Jane D. (Kirby) Boyce, age 69, of Havertown, PA, died Sunday, February 19, 2017, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Jane was a graduate of Penncrest High School, Class of 1965, and went on to attend the American University. Jane was a private piano teacher. Jane was a member of Lima United Methodist Church in Media, PA, and ran a youth group at United Methodist Church in Havertown, PA. Mrs. Boyce was a scriptwriter for the ABC Thanksgiving Day Parade. Jane enjoyed entertaining in her home. Most of all, she was devoted to spending time with her family. She was the daughter of the late Walter H. and Alice J. (Hutchinson) Kirby. Survivors: Husband of 48 years: George T. Boyce Son: Mark Andrew Boyce Daughter: Kimberly Boyce Socket Brothers: Walter James Kirby and Edward Booth Kirby Grandchildren: Dylan Thomas Socket and Audrey Jane Boyce Also survived by many nieces and nephews Funeral Service: Thursday, February 23th at 11:00AM at the Lima United Methodist Church, 209 N. Middletown Rd., Media, PA 19063.
