Obituary of Charles R. Hartley, Jr.

Charles R. Hartley, Jr., "Chopper" age 64, of Media, PA, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at home. Chopper was a 1969 graduate of Sun Valley High School and a graduate of Widener University. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Charles was employed with TV Guide Magazine, EDS Towers-Perrin and retired from Hewlett Packard, in 2013. He was the son of the late Charles and Anne (Boyle) Hartley, Sr., and brother of the late John C.
