Obituary of William Michael Sunick, Sr.

William Michael “Bill” Sunick, Sr., age 78, of Aston, PA, went to the Lord Peacefully in his sleep on July 30, 2018, at Jefferson Hospital. Bill was born in Scranton, PA. He was a graduate of Interboro High School, Class of 1958 and Chester VoTech Journeyman.  Mr. Sunick was employed with Litton Industries, Boeing Corporation and Piasecki Aircraft.  He was a member of the Historical Car Club of PA.  Bill loved anything to do with construction, history, science, cars and radio control planes.  

 

Son of the late Steven and Sylvia (Prawdzik) Sunick

 

Survivors:

Wife: Joanne Strollo Sunick

Children: Deborah Lynn Pritchard JD, Phd. (Scot) and William M. Sunick Jr. (Melinda)

Grandchildren: Thomas Pritchard and Benjamin Pritchard

 

Visitation:  Monday, August 13th from 6:00-8:00PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd.   Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063, and Tuesday, August 14th, from 10:00-10:45AM at the Church of St. Francis De Sales, 35 New Road Aston, PA 19014.

 

Funeral Mass: Tuesday, August 14th at 11:00AM at the Church of St. Francis De Sales.

 

Interment: St. Francis De Sales Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Francis De Sales Parish Fund at the above address.
