Obituary of Winfield M. Watson

Winfield M. Watson, age 90, a resident of Thornbury Twp., PA, died on Monday, March 24, 2025.  He was born in Parkside, PA, and raised in Chester, PA. Winfield was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1954. He was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.

Winfield worked in building and construction for 50 years, retiring in 2000.

He enjoyed travelling with his family and watching sports, especially the Philadelphia Phillies.

Winfield is preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Brehm Watson, who died in 2007; his parents, Marvin L. and Grace Watson and brother of the late David L. Watson, Douglas H. Watson and Anne W. Jackson.

Wife of 15 years: Marilyn Brien Watson

Son: Stephen M. Watson

Daughter: Kimberly K. Watson

Brother: John W. Watson

Sister: Aleta Cox

2 Granddaughters and 2 Grandsons

Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews

Memorial Service: Friday, April 4^th at 11:30AM at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA. (Top of the hill by Neumann College)
