Obituary of Helen R. Sawicki

Helen (Rozmarynowski) Sawicki, age 95, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Chester, PA, died, with her family by her side on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Christiana Hospital, DE.

Helen was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1947.  She worked a brief time in banking in Delaware County. 

Helen’s greatest joy was caring for her family and creating a loving home.  She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.

Helen was a parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Mastek) Rozmarynowski; Wife of the late Frank E. Sawicki; Sister of the late Joseph, Stanley, Edward, John, Chester Rozmarynowski, Anne Powers and Mary Johnson.

Survivors:

Daughters: Janice M. Sawicki, Sharon (James) McCann, Jr.

Son: Frank Sawicki

6 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friday, June 6^th after 10:00AM at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015.

Funeral Mass: Friday, June 6^th at 11:30AM at the church.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
