Obituary of Robert J. Kozak

Robert J Kozak, 71, of Brookhaven, PA. died at Bryn Mawr Hospital on June 11, 2025.

Born and raised in Chester, PA, Robert (Bob) was the son of Michael and Pauline Kozak. He was a 1971 graduate of St. James High School. He was a proud, retired Steamfitter of Local 420.

He was a dedicated father to his two children and a loving poppop to his four grandchildren. Bob spent many years traveling the country on his motorcycle, taking in the beauty of nature. He often went camping, fishing, crabbing, and hunting with his friends. Upon marrying the love of his life, he spent much of his time gardening, cooking and spending time with family. Bob was an avid Penn State football fan and also rooted for the Phillies and Flyers.

In addition to his parents, Bob is predeceased by his wife, Dorette (Carbonaro) Kozak. He is survived by his daughter, Kelsea Fairchild (Michael), of Aston; his son, Robert M. Kozak (Breanna), of Brookhaven; also, his grandchildren Bradley, Thomas, Abigail and Bella.

Bob is also survived by his sister, Michaelean Bradley, and his brothers, Joe and Don Kozak, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Thursday, June 19^th from 10:00-10:45 AM at St. John Chrysostom Church in Wallingford, PA.

Funeral Service: Thursday, June 19^th at 11:00 AM at the church.

Interment: Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
