Obituary of Louise H. Kerrigan

Louise H. (Harding) Kerrigan, age 74, of Upland, PA, died on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Riddle Hospital surrounded by family and friends.

Born on May 13, 1951 in Chester, PA, and a graduate of Boothwyn High School. Louise had a 27-year career as an office manager with the Delaware County Court House Department of Motor Vehicles. She had a quiet dedication, strong work ethic, and genuine care until retirement.

Louise was an avid animal lover, but dogs were her favorite. Spending time with the various dogs she owned throughout her life was always a joy. She found peace and joy in the quiet moments spent beside her beloved koi pond, where the gentle ripple of water mirrored her calm and thoughtful spirit.

Louise was an avid reader who found comfort and inspiration in the pages of a good book. She found quiet joy in gardening, tending to each plant with care and love. Louise and her loving husband of 40 years, Dennis, found great pleasure in traveling to the shore and mountains together. Together they would spend time boating and fishing, and enjoying each other’s company around their koi pond. The holidays were her favorite time, when her home was filled with laughter, the aroma of home-cooked meals, and the people she loved most.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation: Tuesday, July 1st, after 10:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, July 1st at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Lawn Croft Cemetery.
