Obituary of Elizabeth Whiteley Saylor

Elizabeth Whiteley Saylor  “ Liz” age, 70 of Parkside, PA, formerly of Linwood, PA, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at her home.

Liz was born in Linwood, PA and was a 1973 graduate of Chichester High School. She was a graduate of Paralegal Studies at Widener University.

Elizabeth previously worked for Crozer-Keystone Health Network and Ballard Spahr Law Partners.

Elizabeth was a lifelong member of the Linwood United Methodist Church. Elizabeth loved being a member of the Brookhaven Swim Club and spending time in Ocean City, Maryland. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and spending time with her granddaughters and family. Together with her husband she enjoyed chasing trains.

Daughter of the late Norman Viola (Brown) Whiteley.

Loving Husband of 43 years: James Andrew Saylor

Sons: James Andrew Saylor III (Katie Sinclair Saylor) and Christopher Barrett Saylor (Megan Tomlinson Saylor)

Daughter: Emily Saylor Oberlies (Dr. Nicholas Ryan Oberlies)

Granddaughters: Grace Marie Saylor and Willow May Saylor

Visitation: Thursday, July 17^th after 10:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Thursday, July 17^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Silverbrook Cemetery.
