Phil and I were friends. He was always very proud of his country, his service to our nation, and his family. Every time we got together, we had great conversations, mostly about service to country and our times in the US Army. He was a well read man who liked discussing books that he had read. I miss him, but know he is in a better place. I am fortunate to have known Phil. Patricia and I send our deepest sympathies to his dear family. John Jones
