Obituary of Philip M. Caldwell, Jr.

Philip “Phil” McInroy Caldwell, Jr., age 78, of Wallingford, PA, died peacefully at Riddle Hospital on Friday, July 25, 2025.

Phil was born September 28, 1946, and was a graduate of The Booth School and the University of Southern Mississippi.

He was an officer in the U.S. Army (2^nd LT) who received an Honorable Discharge.

Mr. Caldwell was a teacher as well as a Production Support Specialist for Bell Atlantic, Decision One and Vanguard.

Phil enjoyed reading history books, watching movies and performing Internet research. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Phil was a member of the USM Alumni Association and the Army Historical Foundation. Phil especially enjoyed participating in family gatherings.

Son of the late Philip M. and Dorothy (Enerson) Caldwell, Sr.
