Obituary of Patrick Joseph Conmy
Patrick Joseph Conmy, age 90 of Parkside, Pa, formerly of Crum Lynne and Chester, PA, died Friday, January 16, 2026 at home with his loving family by his side. Joe was a graduate of St. James Catholic High School, class of 1953 and continued his loyalty through the Alumni Association. He was a paint inspector at Boeing, retiring in 1999.
Mr. Conmy was a U.S. Army Veteran. He answered the call to serve from 1958-1962. After the military service, Joe dedicated many years to the American Legion Post #777, where he served as a former Commander, the Treasurer for over 60 years and was a Lifetime Member.
Joe was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan but especially a Philadelphia Eagles fan proudly holding season tickets for more than 60 years. He was proud to carry the title of checkerboard champion of Delaware County.
Joe served as a foster dad to 27 children providing care, stability, and love to all who entered his life. Above all, Joe’s greatest love was his family.
Son of the late James and Mary (McAndrews) Conmy; Brother of the late John, Thomas and Christopher Conmy.

Wife of 55 years: Marianne (Lubberman) Conmy
Daughters: Jennifer (William Koons) Conmy and Tricia (Clayton) Smith
Grandson: Michael Amad
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday, January 21st from 10:30-11:15AM at the Church of St. Rose of Lima, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddyston, PA 19022.
Funeral Mass: Wednesday, January 21st at 11:30AM at the church.
Interment: Private.
