Obituary of Kathleen M. Swanson

Kathleen Mary (Moore) Swanson, age 65, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Upland, PA died surrounded by her loving family on Monday, February 9, 2026.

Kathy attended Notre Dame High School, Class of 1979. Over her lifetime she held secretary positions with various companies, enjoyed spending time at the beach, and living life her way. One highlight of her life was helping younger children through volunteer work.

Her proudest accomplishment was raising her children, and her happiest moments were those spent surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren.

Daughter of the late Francis G. and Helen K. (Gerardy) Moore; Grandmother of the late Sophia Capone.

Son: Steven Swanson

Sisters: Sharon (Bob) Hanlon and Ann (Sheryl) Moore

Brothers: Greg (Vickie) Moore and Tom (Tina) Moore

Grandchildren: Dante Capone, Dominic Capone, Nico Capone, and Luca Capone

Partner: Gene Giallombardo

Also survived by nieces and nephews
