Dennis H. Cannon III

          Dennis H. Cannon, 82, lived all his life in Aston, PA (except when he was in the service). He was the son of the late Harry D. Cannon and Lila Burns Wildrick (Robert Wildrick). Dennis was a bricklayer by trade for 50 years. He was a lifetime member of Ogden Fire Company where he was a former vice president.

          He loved rock and roll music and dancing. He also had a great collection of music and did some DJ jobs on the side. He enjoyed his walks with the family dog. He loved vacationing with his wife and friends to different places and with the family to Disney or to the Outer Banks. He looked forward to Friday nights out with the “Gang!” He was an avid Eagles, Phillies and Flyers fan. In his later years he loved golfing with his son, grandson and cousins.

          He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Carol (Marshall). Sons: Dennis H., Paul A. (Christine) and daughter, Karron S., Three grandchildren: Zachary (Melissa), Patrick and Erin. Cherished great-grandson, Miles. Siblings Robert Wildrick (Tena) of DE, Roy Wildrick (Manuela) of Missouri, Steven Wildrick (Dawn) and Roberta Rae Miller both of Tennessee and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

          He is also preceded in death by his father Harry, his mother, Lila, 3 sisters (Emma, June and Ellen), 1 brother (Harvey) and his favorite sister-in-law, Skeeter.

Visitation: Saturday, February 21st from 9:30-11:15AM at the Church of St. Francis De Sales, 35 New Rd., Aston, PA 19014.

Funeral Mass: February 21st at 11:30AM at the Church of St. Francis De Sales.

Interment will be private.
