Obituary of Thomas J. Fieger

Thomas James Fieger, “Tom”, age 93, of Glen Mills, PA, formerly of Wallingford, PA, died at his home on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Tom graduated from Southeast Catholic High School, class of 1950. He spent his career working for the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, retiring after 38 years. In his later years, Tom spent time working for Widener University and Overbrook Golf Club.

He was a devoted family man who found his greatest happiness at home with those he loved most. Tom took great pride in his children and grandchildren’s achievements, delighting in their successes and celebrating each milestone with love and encouragement. He also found great enjoyment in the simple pleasure of spending time at Springhaven Club, where he would golf.

Son of the late Joseph C. and Helen Fieger; Husband of the late Annemarie (Gillen) Fieger; Brother of the late Joseph R. Fieger.

Survivors:

Children: Thomas Jr. (Sharon), Gene (Angela), Judith (Chuck), Christopher (Jodi), Mary-Kate (Jack), Patrick (Holly), Greg (Jill), and Annmarie (Jasen)

Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Saturday, March 21^st from 8:30-10:15AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Saturday, March 21^st at 10:30AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Media Cemetery.
