Obituary of Linda Minchella
Linda Minchella of Boothwyn, PA, formerly of Parkside, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
Linda was a remarkably kind and selfless person who naturally put the needs of others before her own. She gave her time and support freely to those she loved and strangers alike, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. A dedicated and hard worker, Linda spent many years in hospitality at the Concordville Inn in Glen Mills, PA. At home, she was devoted to her family and frequently stepped in as a trusted caregiver for loved ones in their times of need.
In her quiet moments, Linda found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She was an avid reader of romance novels, loved challenging herself with puzzles of all kinds, and thoroughly enjoyed watching game shows, mysteries, and The Golden Girls.
Linda was a woman of profound strength who met life’s challenges with quiet grace and dignity. Beneath her gentle exterior lived a sly and witty sense of humor. Her quiet, clever observations never failed to bring laughter and warmth to the room.
She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Minchella; daughter, Dawn Minchella Eyster; mother, Eleanor M. (Kirby) Francisco; father, Joseph O’Connor; sister, Diane Dabkowski; and brother, Ronald O’Connor.
Linda is survived by her sister, Barbara Probert; brother, Mike O’Connor; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service to celebrate Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, May 30th, at 11:00 AM at Lawn Croft Cemetery (Section Singles, Lot 507), Linwood, PA 19061.
