Steve was a treasured friend with whom I had the honor of singing for many years as members of New Haven Chorale. Steve was a real mensch; funny, charming and wise. His friendship was a gift. He will be missed.

My Granddad Steve was the silliest, kindest, loving man I knew. All attributes he passed on to my dad. Words cannot express how much I love him and what he means to me, but I choose to live my life and revel in the realness (and silliness) of it all because of him. I carry him in my heart always,

I love you Granddad.
