Obituary of Robert B. Henderson

Robert Bruce Henderson “Bob”, age 85, of Philadelphia, PA, died on Monday, July 20, 2026.

Bob attended Lehigh University and Villanova University, where he earned his master’s degree. He spent his career as a teacher, school administrator and mental health counselor. He loved classical music and model trains.  Bob was a Quaker his entire adult life and he was a member of Central Philadelphia Friends Meeting when he died.

Son of the late Bruce and Kathryn Yingst Henderson.

Survivors:

Children: Susannah Henderson, Christopher Henderson, Katie Henderson, and their spouses

Grandchildren: Zoey, Annabelle, and Cai

Services and interment will be private.
