Obituary of Marie E. Bireley

Marie E.(Wilhere) Bireley, age 90, of Granite Farms Estates Media, PA, formerly of Wawa, PA, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016. Marie was an operator with Bell Telephone, until retiring in 1986 from Verizon. Marie enjoyed spending time with her friends at Delaware County Seniors. She liked any type of dancing, but especially line dancing. Most of all, Marie cherished times with her family. Wife of the late William E. Bireley; mother of the late Elizabeth A. Shingle and Lisa C. Bireley. Survivors: Sons: William Scott Bireley of Aston, PA, John C. Bireley of Ardmore, PA and Mark D. Bireley of Media, PA. Daughter: Donna M. Stanowski of Wilmington, DE. Brother: Charles Wilhere Sisters: Margaret Bisignaro and Louisa Rose Also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren Funeral Service: Saturday at 10:30AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
