To the family and our dear friend Trish Ziegler. Nick and I have known Billy for almost 30 years. Billy has helped so many people and to my family, we are truly saddened by his passing. He had helped Roz & Gus of "Fast & Fancy" with their car issues in the 80's and the 90's. He had helped Nick and myself with numerous episodes with broken down cars, accidents and even new car advice among these many years of friendship. We will miss his strong stubborn spirit and generosity.
