Obituary of Barbara E. Fritzsche
Barbara E. (Kivett) Fritzsche, age 82, a longtime resident of Concord Twp., PA, and most recently of Riddle Village, Media, PA, died Friday, March 24, 2017, with her daughters by her side. Barb was born and raised in Indiana. She was a graduate of Greenfield High School in Greenfield, Indiana. Barb was employed at the Delaware County Courthouse retiring in 1998.
Barb enjoyed gardening and watching basketball and football. Barb was always interested in current events and local politics. Most of all, she cherished family gatherings and spending time with family.
Daughter of the late Clifford and Harriet (Major) Kivett; step-daughter of the late James D. Strahl; wife of the late Herbert J. "Jud" Fritzsche; mother of the late Krista J. Fritzsche
Survivors:
Daughters: Pamela J. Fritzsche Dean (David) of Coatesville, PA and Carol L. DelSordo (Jim) of Downgingtown, PA
Brother: William Kivett (Peggy)
Grandchildren: Rachel E., Christopher J., Monali S.
Nephews: Jeff and Greg
Also survived by longtime dear friends: Mary Gantz and Jen Mogen
Funeral Service: Wednesday, March 29th at 11:00AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
Visitation: Wednesday, March 29th after 10:00AM at the funeral home.
Interment: Edgewood Memorial Park.
