Obituary of Wilbur T. Andrews

Wilbur T. Andrews, age 69, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Woodlyn, PA, died Thursday, April 20, 2017 at home. Wilbur was born in Philadelphia, PA. He was a graduate of Ridley High School, Class of 1966. Wilbur was employed with the Steamfitter Local #420 for 30 years, retiring in 2004. Wilbur was a US Navy Veteran having served in Africa and was a member of the Media VFW Post #3460. Wilbur belonged to the Train Collectors Association (TCA), and enjoyed his hobby. Brother of the late Arthur Andrews Survivors Wife: Dolores DiSimone Andrews Daughters: Regina (Robert) Dunn of Swarthmore, PA and Rebecca (Stephen) Carroll of Milmont Park, PA Son: Wilbur (Jessica) Andrews of Drexel Hill, PA Sister: Eleanor Doperak of Lima, PA, Helen Warren of Coatesville, PA and Betty Ann Langer of Georgia 5 Grandchildren Funeral Service: Tuesday, April 25th at 11:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063. Visitation: Tuesday, April 25th after 9:00AM at the funeral home. Interment: St. Thomas the Apostle Cemetery.
