To My Dearest Sweet Daughter Carolyn... Your suffering is over now and you can rest in peace. But Carolyn how I miss you and with each passing day I miss you even more even though I know you are in a better place. You were my first born and even as a child you were always looking out for the others and protecting them. That was the kind of person hou were. And even though money was tight back then - you never let that stop you from getting ahead. You always carried yourself with dignity and pride and you always held your head up high. Carolyn ... I will miss your beautiful smile, our long talks on the phone, your visits when you would down and always make us some cabbage and ham and then we would go out on the front porch and sit in the swing and just talk. These are the things I will miss ... but most of all I will just miss you. What a better life with you in it. Carolyn you were always so good go me and to everyone in this family. I know your spirit lives on in your children and grand children and I pray that they help each other find comfort during this time. We are so very sorry, losing a Mother is the hardest thing a child can go thru. May the Grace of God watch over you all in your time of such a sorrow.
