Obituary of John W. Hart

John W. "Jack: Hart, age 87, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, died Sunday, May 7, 2017, at home surrounded by his family. Jack was a graduate of Malvern Prep, Class of 1948 and a graduate of Villanova University, Class of 1952. Mr. Hart was a CPA and partner with William E. Howe & Company, Media, PA. Jack was a longtime parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity. He was an avid Phillies and Villanova fan. Most of all, Jack enjoyed spending time at the beach with his family. Son of the late John and Elsie (Boone) Hart; husband of the late Elizabeth J. Lipton Hart, who died November, 2016; father of the late John Hart, who died in 1994. Survivors: Children: David J. (Emma) Hart, Joseph Hart, Mary E. (Michael) Nardo and Elizabeth J. Cattie Grandpop will be sadly missed by his 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren Funeral Mass: Friday, May 12th at 10:30AM at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015. Visitation: Friday, May 12th from 9:15 - 10:15 AM at the church. Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery.
