Obituary of Nancy Lee Ward

Nancy L. Ward, age 84, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Nancy was born March 23, 1933.

Nancy was an executive secretary with Crozer Hospital. Nancy was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and was an avid sports fan. Most of all, she was a devoted, loving mother and grandmother and cherished spending time with her family.

Wife of the late Joseph Ward; sister of the late Dolores, Peggy and Kathy and niece of the late Dolores.

Survivors:

Children: Michael (Susan) Ward, Eileen (James) Babenko, Robert (Vicky) Ward and Christine (Shawn) Riley.

Grandchildren: Sean, Courtney, Matthew, Melissa, Christian, Allison and Caitlin

Great-Grandchildren: Joseph and Melania

Sisters: Sallie and Gerry

Brother: Jim

Funeral Service: Thursday, January 11th at 11:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd. Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Thursday, January 11th from 10:00-11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.
