Obituary of Caroline Recuber

Caroline Recuber, “Chick”, age 93, a lady of elegance, died on Monday, March 5, 2018 at The Residence of Glen Riddle. Chick was born on August 3, 1924 and was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School. Chick was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Secane, PA. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed cooking, sewing and was very crafty.  Chick came from a family of 15 brothers and sisters.

Loving wife of 75 years to the late Michael Recuber, Sr.

Survivors:

Sons:  Michael (Joanne) and George (Pam), a loving grandmother to her three grandchildren: Michael, Christopher and Lucas, and a wonderful great-grandmother to Emma

Brothers:  Richard and Lou Rossi

Sisters:  Rosemary, Elenor, Barbara, Doris, Dorothy and Suzanne

Visitation:  Tuesday, March 13th after 10:00AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Drive, Secane, PA 19018.

Funeral Mass:  Tuesday, March 13th at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Entombment:  SS. Peter & Paul Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to:  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
