Condolences
Pat was a wonderful friend and neighbor. She was living in the attached condo unit below my unit when I first moved in. She was always on the lookout for anything suspicious in the neighborhood which gave me a great level of comfort and reassurance. My wife and I both have had many long conversations with her. When my wife's parents came to visit from abroad, she had the home well decorated for the holiday season which really made them feel welcome. This kind gesture was only 3 months before her passing. We are sad that she could never meet our newborn daughter who we were blessed with just 2 months before Pat left us. One of the kindest acts that my wife and I will never forget is her well-written recommendation letter that she wrote on my behalf. It truly showed in a very positive way what kind of person Pat was. I pray that she is in a better place and that her spirit lives on. I offer my deepest condolences to her family.
Sherry, Jay and Ernie,
My heart goes out to you for the loss of your Mom. Pat loved you so deeply and completely. Losing Pat is sad. We had wonderful times together. I'm grateful for the fantastic memories and wonderful times. My thoughts and prayers are with you. All the best. Sharon.
I want to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Pat's gang of family, friends, and loved ones! She was a true survivor in heart and spirit! She mastered unconditional love and acceptance of all she spoke of. Being in Pat's presence lifted the spirit as she always found the silver lining in most situations. Her determination to live and do was a fabulous testimony in how she loved life and her "gang". She was ever grateful for the least little all did for her. I was blessed to spend quality time away with Pat she was a true joy to travel with and to explore new boundaries with. Her quick wit and inquizative nature was so refreshing. She was always looking to see what someone else had been doing sharing her experiences along the way so there was a full exchange of knowledge and wisdom. We spoke extensively about death and what I explained was just the next part of the journey in a new dimension. She was packing her bags quietly for a year never missing a step making sure all the bases were covered. She is a remarkable woman I admire then and now. I am blessed to have known her and shared my heart with her. Blessings my dear Pat, we will all miss you and pray for you. Loving you!
