Obituary of Jeannette L. Hess

Jeannette L Hess, age 76, died on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Paoli Hospital, surrounded

by her loving family. Born in Trenton, New Jersey on May 31, 1942, she was the

daughter of Herbert Osmun and Faye Teitsworth. She graduated from Eddystone High

School in 1959 and from West Chester College in 1963. She is survived by her

husband of 55 years Alan Hess, her daughter Wendy (Joseph) DeMaio, and grandson

Christopher DeMaio.

She loved to travel and learn about the history, people, food, scenery, and life in places

throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

She was a longtime member of Berwyn United Methodist Church. Memorial donations

may be made to this church, located at 140 Waterloo Avenue, Berwyn, PA 19312.
