Obituary of Gertrude F. McCormick

Gertrude F. McCormick age 96, of Media, PA, formerly of Springfield, PA, died on October 29, 2018 at Riddle Village. Gertrude was a graduate of Glen-Nor High School, Class of 1939, and received her B.S. from Temple University in 1943. Mrs. McCormick was employed at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital as a Medical Technologist from 1959 to 1972. She was a member and past Vice President in 1972 of the League of Women Voters of Delaware County.  Gertrude was a member of Rolling Green Golf Course and Daylesford’s Abbey Women’s Organization. Gertrude was an accomplished seamstress and gourmet cook as well as an avid bridge player and active in the Riddle Village Computer Club, Duplicate Bridge Club and Book Club.

Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, November 12^th at 10:30am at Daylesford's Abbey 220 S. Valley Road  Paoli, PA 19301-1900
