Ed was my first sponsor and devoted his time and love when he was already spread thin with his time from previous commitments. This did not deter Ed from being there for me whenever I called. He was an invaluable inspiration and I will never forget his love and care for those struggling with addiction. I will be forever grateful for knowing and am a better person because of this wonderful man.
I met Ed on the day he walked into the rooms of A.A. and was fortunate enough to have him ask me to be his sponsor. What a great day that was. He ended up being like a 2nd father to me. We shared so many good times together in and out of the rooms. He taught me to golf which I still love to this day. I will miss him dearly.Go with god my friend.
Thanks for all of your help & support! You will be missed by many.

I loved Ed. He was one of the most kind and caring men that I will ever have the pleasure of knowing. Ed welcomed me back to AA with open arms and a big smile. I used to love walking into a meeting and see Ed sitting there. He was so helpful to anyone who needed him.
Rest in peace my friend. I will see you on the other side, and until then, I will miss you dearly,
Love
