Obituary of Mary A. Sevick

Mary A. (nee Gannon) Sevick, 89, formerly of Eddystone, PA, died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Sevick was born in Crum Lynne, PA and had been a long time resident of Eddystone, PA. Mary enjoyed her work as a Nurses Aide at both Fair Acres and the Manchester House. She was a woman devoted to her home and family and taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was her greatest joy. Mary was a great cook, a true social net-worker long before the internet, a chair side politician and in her later years enjoyed playing bingo. She was proud of her country and was always praising "God Bless America." To Our Mom, "God bless you for who you were to us. We will sorely miss you." Mary was the wife of the late Peter Sevick who died in 1979; mother of the late Loretta Short and Richard "Sonny" Luick SURVIVORS Daughters: Mary D.
