Obituary of Jeanne Marie Helner

Jeanne Marie (Bowles) Helner, age 58, of Middletown Twp., Media, PA, died suddenly on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.  Jeanne was born in Drexel Hill, PA, and was a graduate of Upper Darby High School, Class of 1979.  She graduated from Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing, where she received her RN. Jeanne had been employed by Bryn Mawr Hospital as an operating room nurse, until 2010.

She was devoted to her family and home. Jeanne enjoyed her tropical birds.

Daughter of the late William and Margaret (Bonfig) Bowles.

Husband: Mark Helner

Sons: Chris and Matt Helner

Daughters: Caroline (Joseph) Cardone and Julie (Timothy Douglas) Helner

Brothers: William, Thomas (Donna) and Daniel Bowles

Sisters: Margie (Tony) Feld and Mary Pat (Scott) Schaefer

Grandchildren: Adalyn, Jane and Lucus

Visitation: Tuesday, November 19th from 4:00-5:45PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Memorial Service: Tuesday, November 19th at 6:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment: Private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charity of the donor’s choice.
