Rest In Peace my friend. I remember all the great times making “base cups” in Dundee Michigan and the NC plants. What a funny Man! God Bless, BW
Will (Sam) was our good friend for over 60 years. So many memories they would fill a book. One of the things Will loved was to go to the beach with his detector to find some treasures. He never did when we were with him but he never tired talking about "finds" to be plucked from the beach just by his presence . Will loved to tell stories and kept us entertained on many occasions. I am sure he will keep on doing this. Rest in Peace dear friend.
Sam was a great friend. We had some serious discussions in his office at JCI. I still remember him telling me, Mark my word some day the Dow Jones will hit 3000 pts. This was in the earlier 80’s. I will miss my friend but never forget him. My heart felt condolences to the family. Paul Madron
We are sending our heartfelt sympathy to Velma and Family. Sam was a very good and helpful neighbor, always cheerful, and we appreciated that he even shared his blueberries with us. b7

From your Erie friends Gary & Karen. Our hearts are sad at Sam's passing. Lots of memories of ice fishing on the bay, moon boots, his wonderful garden and Velma's flowers and the wonderful trip to San Maarten with Sam, Velma & Matt. Sam had the best work ethic of anyone at Johnson Control. Always a very busy guy and a dear dear friend.
