Obituary of Vincent Peter Bruno

Vincent Peter Bruno, 77, of Aston, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 19, 2020.Vincent was predeceased by his parents, Michael Bruno, and Rose (Mazzola) Bruno of Philadelphia. Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Barbara Bruno, son James Bruno of Philadelphia, daughter Andrea Bruno of Hockessin DE, sister Rita Palestini of Chester Heights PA, and numerous nieces and nephews. Vincent was a loving father, husband, and friend to everyone. Born in South Philadelphia, Vincent lived in the Overbrook section for more than 40 years of his life. He lived his last 28 years in Aston, PA. Vincent worked at the Haverford State Hospital for 33 years, where he was an equipment operator and dispatcher. He was a 30-year member of the Overbrook IAD Club. Vincent loved bowling, 50’s/60’s music, sports, movies, trips to the shore, and the casino. Most of all, Vincent loved to spend time with his family! A Celebration of Life service will be announced later.
