Obituary of Donald Eugene Miner

Donald Eugene Miner, age 86, a resident of Brookhaven, PA, since 1964, formerly of Hamilton, Montana, died Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Fair Acres Nursing Home. Don was born August 10, 1933, and was a graduate of Chester High School. Don was a Customer Engineer at IBM (until 1973), then he was self-employed with DMA Computer Services, until retirement. Don was a Veteran of the United State Navy (51-59) during the Korean War. He was a devoted 55 year member of Christ United Methodist Church. Don enjoyed fishing with his sons-in-law and nephews as well as golfing, reading, gardening and spending time in Avalon, NJ with his 16 grandchildren. Son of the late Rudolph Martin and Leitha (Stroud) Miner; brother of the late Lois, Loretta, Patsy and Russell Survivors: Wife of 61 years: Arlene Francis (Roth) Miner Daughters: Lisa Arcabascio (Shrewsbury, MA) and husband Joseph, Donna Zarycranski (Chester Springs, PA) and husband Bill, Leslie Montgomery (Garnet Valley, PA) and husband Terence, Christa Pellegrini (Chester Springs, PA) and husband Joseph, Susan Jobrey (Exton, PA) and husband Michael Grandchildren: Nicholas, Benjamin & Hannah Arcabascio, Stephen & William Zarycranski, Matthew, Timothy, Ryan, Aidan & Mikayla Montgomery, Jessica, Olivia & Allison Pellegrini, Michael, Lexie & Abby Jobrey Sister: Joanne Schaffstall (Fairfax, VA) Brother: Myron Miner (Palm Springs, CA) Services will be posted at a later date.
