Spencer and I were good friends in high school and beyond. We went to Aston Vocational Technical school together. We had a lot of fun, because he was a lot of fun. I would like to share some of our carousing stories, but we took an oath! I will miss you my friend and hope to see you again on the other side.
This is a tragic loss. Have fond memories of John as we shared many of the same high school classes not to mention that famous 4th grade photo from Coebourn Elementary. RIP Johnny!
John was a great friend and I’m so sad to hear of his passing. My prayers go out to his wife and family for comfort in such a bad time. The last time I saw John was at our 20 year reunion and he was kind enough to put me up at his home. My friend you will be missed
Donna, Danielle, Evan, Richard, Tom and Joanne, Mike and I are so sad to hear of John's passing. We are heartbroken for all of you. I will always remember our long fun chats over the phone. He always made me laugh and had a grwat laugh himself. You are all in my prayers. Love to you all. Mike and Susan Ryder
I remember John and I played offensive guard for the Brookhaven Jets when our quarterback was sacked and knocked out of a game for the second time, and our very pissed off coach told us he was putting each of us at fullback so we would know what it felt like “when people don’t block”. I ran first and lost two yards. John gained 9 on his first run and 8 on his next, and became our starting fullback. Godspeed Fooksie. I hope we meet again some day.
