Carol Theresa Imburgia, “Tess” age 70, of Boothwyn, PA, formerly of Aston, PA, died Friday, October 9, 2020. Tess was born March 31, 1950. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Class of 1968, and The University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA. She was the Buyer/Department Manager for many years at Boscov’s, Macy’s and Wanamaker’s. Tess was a faithful parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Aston, PA. She enjoyed cooking, art, music, poetry and reading. Daughter of the late Carmen S. and Adelina “Lily” T. (D'Andreamatteo) Imburgia, Sr. Survivors: Brother: Joseph (Dorothy) Imburgia, Carmen (Nicki) Imburgia Sister: Celesta (Greg) Shetron Niece: Jill (Heath) Lahr, Heather (Justin) Imburgia –Stoop Nephews: Michael (Jess) Imburgia, Daniel (Cat) Imburgia Also survived by 3 great nieces and 2 great nephews Her loving cat Greenlea Visitation: Thursday, October 15th from 9:30 - 10:15 AM at The Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Mass: Thursday, October 15th at 10:30AM at the Church of St. Joseph. Interment: Mt. Hope Cemetery.
