Obituary of John T. Connors

John Thomas Connors “Jack” age, 99, of Belgium Gardens, Wisconsin, formerly of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, died on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Belgium Gardens, Wisconsin. Jack was born on December 9, 1921 in Glenolden, Pennsylvania.    He received a B.A., Lasalle College, M.S.W., Fordham University, M.Ed. St. Joseph’s University, M. Th., Villanova University.

Jack was an Assistant Professor, Sociology Department LaSalle College for 25 years, retiring in 1989, and was a Golf Coach for 15 years at LaSalle College.

 He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard, during World War II, Pacific Theater. Jack was a member of St. Dorothy’s parish for 40 years. “Grandpop” lived for golf which he played for 85 years.

Deceased Loved Ones:  Anna Regina Dietrick, nee Dietrick (wife); Patricia Ann Connors-Zini (daughter).

Daughter: Margaret R. Connors-Massara

Son:  John Joseph Connors

Visitation: Wednesday, May 12^th from 9:30-10:30AM at St. Dorothy’s Church, Township Line and Burmont Roads, Drexel Hill, PA. Funeral Mass to follow.

Interment with Military Honors: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
