Obituary of Dorothy D. Yankopoulos

Dorothy D. Yankopoulos, age 81, of Chester, PA, formerly of Folcroft, PA, died Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at her home. Dottie was born October 20, 1939 and was a graduate of Interboro High School, Class of 1957.  She was an Administrative Assistant with Boeing for many years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the North Chester Baptist Church. Dottie was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.

Dottie was an avid reader. She was a kind and caring animal lover who especially adored her cats. She will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She was the daughter of the late Harold M. and the late Ruth (Stine) Davis; sister of the late Donald J. Davis.

Loving Aunt Mary Rudisill, Cousin, Judy Gottshall, and Lifelong Best Friend, Betty Boyd

Visitation: Thursday, June 17th from 10:00-10:45 at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063, where a service will follow at 11:00AM

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Mt. Carmel.
