Kelly was a sweet person and she will be sorely missed. My condolences to her family.

I just cannot wrap my head around this. So sudden. So sad. Kelly was my baby brother’s first girlfriend. My brother, Ed Baxter, passed away in 2017. I’m happy Kelly was able to speak to him before he left us. Kelly said it was as if no time had passed, they spoke like they had many many years ago. I know they are together in heaven<3

Kelly was my sister, the baby, and my friend. I will miss our late night phone calls, her support when I lost my husband, and her rants about "those damn kids in her neighborhood". She will be forever loved and deeply missed. RIP Kelly.
