Obituary of William Z. Hughes, Jr.

William Z. Hughes, Jr., age 83, of Marcus Hook, PA, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021.

Bill had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He was handy and enjoyed woodworking.

Bill loved spending time on his front porch chatting with the locals, as well as time spent at Duck Neck Campground in Chestertown, MD. Bill touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew him.  Most of all, Bill cherished spending time with his family.

Husband of the late Beverly K. (Shetter) Hughes; Brother of the late Charles and George.

Son: William Hughes III

Daughters: Sandra (Ron) Kayea and Virginia Hughes

Grandsons: Ronald (Liz) Kayea III and Alexander Kayea

Brother: Doug Hughes

Also survived by nieces and nephews

Graveside Service: Wednesday, October 27^th at 11:00AM at Glenwood Memorial Gardens, 2321 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008.
