I have so many fond memories of Erika. She loved my Grand pop so much and was the best dedicated wife to him for over 20 years. She was a great cook and baker - we always asked her to bring dessert for our family events. She was practical and wasn't afraid to tell you what she thought - which is what we loved about her.
