Obituary of Joseph R. Foust

Joseph Raymond Foust, age 76, of Wallingford, PA, formerly of North Carolina, died Thursday, January 27, 2022.  Joe was born September 17, 1945 in Highpoint, NC.  He was a graduate of Highpoint High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree from PIT in Engineering. Joe retired from DecisionOne in May, 2014.

Joe was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, serving during Vietnam. He received the Gallantry Cross with Silver Star, Expert Badge M60 MG, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, 2 Overseas Service Bars, Combat Infantryman Badge and Expert Badge Rifle M14. Joe was a member of the Media VFW Post 3460. 

Joe was member of the 1^st Baptist Church of Media, PA. He enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening and fishing.  He will be dearly missed.

Son of the late Robert L. and Florence (McNulty) Foust; Brother of the late Betty, Geraldine and Robert Foust.

Survivors:

Wife of 32 years: Lilia (Colarova) Foust

Daughters: Jolena Foust and Jacqueline Foust

Step-Sons: David and Paul Vassilev

Grandson: Leo

Also survived by nieces and nephews

Visitation: Thursday, February 3^rd  from 11:00AM-11:45AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Thursday, February 3^rd at 12 Noon at the funeral home

Interment: Edgewood Memorial Park.
