I met Roc in Puerto Rico while we were working on La Milla de Oro, he always gave me the best advice on finance and investment. He was always a gentleman. My deepest condolences to his wife, his son and his other relatives. Aida Martínez

It is with great sadness we reach out to Dolores Dinyon, son Damon (Marcie), grandsons Max and Ben, sisters Bernyce Hellus and Jean Kenney (Sam Rounseville).

Roc and Dolores were the first neighbors to reach out to us when we became next-door neighbors in 2018. Just wish we had gotten to know them much sooner in life. I will never forget the first month we moved in and Roc and I were chatting outside and he asked "how do you like the exterior color" of your home? That's when I knew I was going to get along great with Roc. The previous week I had stained the front of the house a beautiful cedar which he could not see from his home and I said, "let's take a short walk" and as he noticed the front he smiled and said we're on the same page!

Roc, we all are going to miss you so much. You lived life to its fullest and continue doing so in Heaven.
