Obituary of David W. Kilmer, Jr.

David W. Kilmer, Jr. age 92, of Aston, PA, died on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

David was born March 9^th, 1930 and was a graduate of Media High School. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1951-1953. David was  Safety Supervisor with Sun Oil Company for 32 years, retiring in 1985.

David enjoyed working on his jigsaw and crossword puzzles. Together with friends, he also found great pleasure in a good game of bingo.

David was an enthusiastic Philadelphia Phillies fan along with the Eagles and Sixers.  He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.

David was the beloved husband of 38 years to the late Lorraine Haas Kilmer, who died March, 2020.

Brother of the late Robert and Richard Kilmer.

Sons: Ronald (Andrea) Kilmer, David (Sylvia) Kilmer

Daughters: Patricia Hylton, Elizabeth (Dave) Heinle

Sister: Barbara Armstrong

Step-Children: Judith Hartman, John Bendick III, Janice Shaver, Jeanne Schukraft, Ruth Rynkiewicz and Marie Anderson

Also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, 8 Step-Grandchildren and 12 Step Great-Grandchildren

Visitation: Saturday, March 4th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte.#352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

A Graveside Service will be on Saturday, March 4th at 11:30AM at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
