Obituary of Phuc Le

Phuc Le, age 61, of Aston Twp., Media, PA, died on March 3, 2023. She was born in Danang, Vietnam.

Phuc loved flowers, especially roses, gardening, landscaping, and making beautiful arrangements. She had wonderful talents for home decoration, cooking delicious meals, knitting beautiful sweaters, designing and sewing gorgeous dresses, drawing, singing, and many others. She loved spending time in her garden praying for others and talking with God, surrounded by the sound of birds chirping. Most importantly, she was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and sister to her family. She loved her family and took on heroic roles to show them her tremendous love and care for them. She acted as torch to guide her children, God children, and many others who call her “mother” — whom she also adored and loved, through stages of life— personally, spiritually, religiously, and professionally. She inspired her beloved family with her devoted faith, wisdom, great strength, and resilience through many memorable events and hardships in life.

Throughout her life, she organized many charity efforts and events to build and grow the community. She cared for the sick and the poor, led the Catholic Disability Foundation efforts, supported many seminarians, nuns, and priests.  Since at a very young age, she became an active singer of many Catholic church choirs, most recently was the Maria Trinh Nu Vuong choir of the Holy Innocents Parish Catholic Church, where she was also an active member. She spent her final years surrounded by her loving family and friends, and most especially under the loving care of her devoted husband, son, daughters, Sang Hoang, and Vivian Nguyen.

Today, we celebrate her legacy, her strength and resilience, and her forever love. We love you mom!

Phuc was preceded in death by her parents, Ha Le and Ngan Mai. Additionally, she was predeceased by her three siblings, sisters Van Le and Hai Le, brother An Le.
