Obituary of Virginia S. Lewis

Virginia S. Lewis, age 95, of  Middletown Towndship, Media, PA, formerly of Folcroft, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Ginny was a graduate of John Bartram High School.  She was a Baker for Ridley School District for more than 20 years, retiring in 1989.

Ginny was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.  She enjoyed traveling.  Ginny especially cherished the times she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Wife of the late Warren E. Lewis; Sister of the late Bertha Toomey Brown; Sister-in-Law of the late Mildred Vogel.

Daughters: Diane (Ed), Joan (Bill)

Brother: William (Dorothy)

Grandchildren: Ed (Hoon), Steven (Brooke), Jason (Cathie), Jacklyn (Timothy)

Great-Grandchildren: Evelyn, Abbey, Jennifer, Declan, Sebastian, Oakley, Brixley

Also survived by nieces and nephews

Visitation: Wednesday, April 26^th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, April 26^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Edgewood Memorial Park.
