Obituary of Darline R. Anderson
Darline R. Anderson, age 52, of Chester, PA, died on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
Darline was an honor student and a 1989 graduate of The Christian Academy, as well as Geneva College, where she received a Degree in Psychology.
Darline was one of the Geneva College students named to “Who’s Who among Students in American Colleges and Universities." She was involved in campus theater. Darline also kept busy at school with Habitat for Humanity, Tiger Pause Youth Ministry, and as a member of L.I.F.E. She was the treasurer of the Psychology Club and a member of Psi Chi, the Psychology National Honor Society. Darline was able to speak French and a little Spanish.
She was employed at Southco, Inc., retiring in 2000.
Darline was a member of Middletown Presbyterian Church and would regularly attend Woodlyn Baptist Church. Darline was active in Sunday school and youth group growing up. She was involved in missions, both in the United States and abroad.
Darline participated in an overseas mission with Teen Missions International Inc.
Predeceased by her Uncle Gregory J. Thiboutot and Uncle Francis Anderson; Maternal Grandparents, Patrick Thiboutot and Elva Machette Thiboutot; Paternal Grandparents, Francis Anderson and Florence Clarke Anderson.

Uncles: Richard J. Thiboutot and Thomas N. Thiboutot
Aunt: Jeannette Anderson Hildick

Vistation: Thursday, May 18th from 6:00-8:00PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063, and Friday, May 19th from 10:00-10:45AM at Middletown Presbyterian Church, 273. S.Old Middletown Rd., Media, PA 19063.
Funeral Service: Friday, May 19th at 11:00AM at Middletown Presbyterian Church, followed immediatly by a luncheon to celebrate Darline's life.
Interment will follow after luncheon: Edgewood Memorial Park.
