You had a very special mom mom!!! She will be sadly missed!!
May the Dear Lord comfort you with all your loving memories!!
Your mom mom smile just melt my heart!!
Betty was a great Christian lady and a good friend. I cam to know her when Bob and her attended Second Presbyterian Church. I got to further know her when I married Bob's niece Ruth Rumbel. We enjoyed many Singley Family reunions. May our Lord Jesus bless her family Bob, Missie and Stepanie,
In Christ's Love,
Bill and Joanne Schuler
Aunt Betty will be truly missed! The light she brought to every family gathering was surly one that comes from the Lord as she embodied the fruits of the Spirit love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, faith, and meekness, in her every day walk. Our prayers and Love are with you Bobby, Missy, Steph, Phil and family as well as the whole Parris clan. Her legacy of kindness and family importance lives on in us all!
Bobby, Missy, Stephanie and family, We are so sad to hear of Aunt Betty passing. I'm sure Uncle Bob and her will be happy to be reunited. Aunt Betty was a very special aunt to me. I was often told I looked like her and could be her daughter, I considered that a great compliment. Growing up I remember her always being in the church kitchen getting food ready for whatever program was going on. She also took on family Sunday dinners at her house when Grandma Parris couldn't do it anymore. The meals were always great! Aunt Betty, Dad and I had the opportunity to spend couple days together on Old Home days in Upland, touring the old building, history of Upland. I treasured that time together. I always loved our talks when I visited after Uncle passed. She reminded me of the important things in life. Aunt Betty lived a Godly life, she was gracious, would help anyone, always willing to take on any task needed at church or elsewhere. She will be missed but I know God has her now. Love you Aunt Betty
