In Memory of Jane Claire (Stiles) Klinger

(December 12, 1933 to October 7, 2023)

Jane Claire (Stiles) Klinger, age 89, peacefully entered into Glory on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Born December 12, 1933, to Wilbur Edgar Stiles and Marian (Schmidt) Stiles of Southwest Philadelphia.  Jane was a lifetime member of Lenni Heights Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She raised her family in Delaware County, PA, attended Lima Methodist Church, moved to Florida in 1991, and was an active member of Living Word Ministries in North Fort Myers, until returning to live with her family in Thornton, PA, in 2021.

Jane was a long-time member of Women’s Aglow Fellowship and was a Past President to the Media Chapter. She was an enthusiastic Bible Study Teacher, singer and devoted follower of Jesus Christ. She considered herself blessed and thankful for her faith, family and “ a good long life.”

Daughter of the late Wilbur Edgar and Marian C. (Schmidt) Stiles; Loving wife of the late Harold LaMar “Dutch” Klinger (October 29, 2018), mother of the late Pamela Lee Klinger (November 18, 2015), sister of the late Edward Wilbur Stiles and Doris Mae Stiles.

Survived by:

Son: Gary L. (Carol) Klinger

Daughters: Sandra K. (Mike) Bonney and Cynthia K. (Tom) Wolff

Sister: Barbara Nase

“Mommom” to 8 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Also survived by 3 Nieces and 2 Nephews

Visitation: Thursday, October 12^th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. # 352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Thursday, October 12^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: The family has requested a private burial (immediate family only please.)
